Every machine carries a current LOLER thorough examination certificate, lifting chart and fully automatic hydraulic quick hitch. The 6t excavator runs boom check valves and a lift load sensor with overload alarm for lifting operations. Machine-specific site packs - thorough exam certificates, service records and risk assessments - are available with the RAMS on request, and Stage V emission-compliant machines can be supplied where site conditions require them.
Both our Volvo excavators (3t EC27D, 6t EC55C) run iDig 2D dual-grade laser level control - dig depth and grade live in the cab. Formations come out at the level on the drawing, falls run true, and there's no over-dig quietly eating your concrete and stone quantities. On drainage and footings it routinely saves a labourer on the staff.
